Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position in Twin Falls, Idaho, providing comprehensive care to patients with various needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized care to patients with various needs, including respiratory treatment, wound care, and education on disease processes.
  
• Assess physical and psychological needs to improve quality of life and coordinate resources for discharge planning.
  
• Travel within the Magic Valley area to provide in-home care.

  • Part-time schedule with three days a week (8:30a-5:00p) with rotating evening call and weekends.
    
  • Manageable case-loads with daily visit requirements below state and national averages.
    
  • Pay for drive time and mileage reimbursement.
