Job Title: Travel CT TechnologistWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel CT Technologist to join our team at St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center.Job Summary:The Travel CT Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CT scanning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans on patients of all ages, from infants to adults, using various protocols and techniques.
• Operate CT scanners, including Siemens and Toshiba equipment, to produce high-quality images.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CT scanning procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
• Provide exceptional patient care, including explaining procedures, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, scan results, and other relevant data.Requirements:
  • ARRT (CT) certification and BLS certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist, preferably in a travel assignment.
  • Strong knowledge of CT scanning procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
